While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, if you can get in touch with Customer Care (firstname.lastname@example.org / 022-40020191) within 24 hours of booking the service or 4 hours before the selected time slot, whichever is earlier, we can try to cancel it. If the cancellation request happens after 24 hours or once the time slot has begun, we cannot entertain any request. Also, if you want to change the date or time of service, kindly contact us and we shall do so depending on the circumstances.

There is a minimum cancellation fee of 3% of the total amount which is charged to cover the payment gateway charges. The remaining amount will be transferred after deducting this charge.
Refunds will be done through the initial payment mode which will be co-ordinated by our accounts team. The refund duration is 5-7 business days from date of cancellation. If you need any clarifications on refunds, please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Typically, delivered orders cannot currently be returned. Please place the order carefully and inspect all goods on delivery. If any defects found, inform our customer service (email@example.com / 022-40020191) within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported within 48 hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
Our Experts ensure that complete quality check has been done before delivery of the car. In case the customer finds any defects in the product, it MUST be reported within 48 hours without exception. Our Expert will call and schedule a visit to check for any defect and resolve it on immediate basis.
